A Message From Our President

WELCOME to the Building Association Managers of Volusia, Inc., better known as “BAM”. We are a professional organization, founded in 1991, consisting of Florida licensed Community Association Managers who manage Condominium, Homeowners and Time Share Associations, along with our Associate Members.

The mission of BAM is to provide continuing education, networking and comradery to our members in a fun, social environment while we navigate the ever-changing Association Management industry.

As a member of BAM, you will have access to the top professional Managers in our area that are eager to assist or share any issue you and/or your association may be facing.

BAM members also have an additional benefit of access to our Associate Members, a network of professional service providers (vendors) that provide the industry related services that our Managers utilize to successfully manage their associations.

Our organization meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the beautiful Halifax River Yacht Club in downtown Daytona Beach. Our evening begins at 5:30PM with drinks and socializing, dinner is served at 6:00PM and our program begins at 6:30PM.
